Kaya FC-Iloilo will head back home from the AFC Champions League without a single victory after enduring another loss on Sunday to wrap up its campaign.
The Filipinos fell short against Viettel FC of Vietnam, 1-0, to ultimately end their group match in the tournament being staged in Bangkok, Thailand.

Despite the defeat, Kaya, who was the 2020 PFL first runner-up, still saw some improvement from their last meeting with Viettel last June 30 where they were drubbed in a discouraging 5-0 rout.
The loss placed Kaya FC in dead last in Group F with a 0-0-6 win-draw-loss record while the Vietnamese booters are at the third spot with 2-0-4 card.
Meanwhile, another Philippine representative in United City FC will try to end its own ACL campaign also tonight against the Daegu of South Korea.
