Pacquiao tries his fist, err, hand at pro wrestling

You've seen him as a boxer, a recording artist, a politician, and occasionally as a professional basketball playing coach.

But are you ready for Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao the professional wrestler?

"I've decided to become a professional wrestler with the help of (comedian) Garry Shandling and (comedy site) Funny Or Die!" Pacquiao announced on his Twitter account early Saturday.

A video of Pacquiao the professional wrestler posted online by "Funny or Die!" early Saturday went viral, getting 6,200 views in the first few hours.

"Boxing is great. But it doesn't let me show all the sides of my personality," Pacquiao said in the video.

Pro wrestling coach Chet Carmichael had Pacquiao try several gimmicks, including a diva and – gasp – a dirty politician.

"Are you readyyyyyyy for campaign financial reforms?" Pacquiao asked in his politician persona.

To help Pacquiao polish his gimmick, comedian Garry Shandling was brought in.
