Manny Pacquiao and Rukiya Anpo go full three rounds in exhibition

Manny Pacquiao and Rukiya Anpo went the full three rounds in their boxing exhibition this Sunday evening at Saitama Super Arena in Japan.

Pacquiao, 45, boxed in the early going trying to land his trademark left straight before taking clean shots from Anpo in their three three-minute round bout. Since the fight is an exhibition, a winner will only be declared if the bout ends by stoppage.

“I hope this is not the last,” Pacquiao said after the fight.

“Anpo is strong and fights well even though he does not have a lot of boxing experience. He did his best to give a good fight.”

Manny Pacquiao’s professional boxing record remains at 62-8-2 with 39 knockouts.
