Reymart Gaballo to make ring return in Gensan
Former interim bantamweight champion Reymart Gaballo is set to make his ring comeback when he takes on Ricardo Sueno for the WBO Oriental bantamweight title on October 29 in General Santos City.
The 26-year-old Gaballo is coming off his first defeat as a pro by way of a fourth-round knockout in his failed world title bid against Nonito Donaire Jr. last December.
“Former interim WBA and WBC bantamweight champion Reymart Gaballo (24-1) of Sanman Boxing will return as he faces tough Ricardo Sueno (11-6-4) of Elorde Boxing for the WBO Oriental Bantamweight title on Oct 29 in General Santos City,” Gaballo’s promotion Sanman Boxing announced earlier today.
Former world title challenger Froilan Saludar, ex-UFC mixed martial arts fighter Jenel Lausa, and unbeaten Ian Sampan will feature on the undercard against yet-to-be-announced opponents.
