PBA: June Mar Fajardo gets 10th Best Player of the Conference plum
June Mar Fajardo is once again the PBA Best Player of the Conference.
The seven-time Most Valuable Player bagged his tenth BPC plum on Wednesday as he was named the league's top player in the ongoing PBA Philippine Cup.
Fajardo topped in stats, media votes, and player votes to garner a total of 1100 points and bested teammate CJ Perez, Terrafirma's Stephen Holt, Robert Bolick of NLEX, and Barangay Ginebra's Christian Standhardinger.
Fajardo had an average of 17.35 points, 14.59 rebounds, 3.12 assists, and 1.24 blocks per game until the end of the semifinals.
The San Miguel big man won the BPC honors back in the All-Filipino conferences of the 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2019, and 2022 seasons, and in the 2015 Governors' Cup and 2018 Commissioner's Cup.
San Miguel, however, will aim to equalize the best-of-seven series as Meralco holds the lead, 2-1.
