UAAP: Kean Baclaan transfers to La Salle

Kean Baclaan is heading to Taft Avenue.

Baclaan, who parted ways with National University early this year, confirmed his transfer to De La Salle University in a message to GMA News Online on Saturday.

He also posted on X "Animo!" along with a green heart emoji.

"La Salle naman talaga ako galing noong high school so dream ko din talaga makapag-La Salle in college," Baclaan said in a message.

(I came from La Salle back in high school so it is also my dream to be in La Salle in college.)

Baclaan played for De La Salle Santiago Zobel back in high school.

The sophomore guard played for two seasons with National U and in UAAP Season 86, he had 10.64 points, 4.36 rebounds, and 4.71 assists per game at the end of the elimination round.

He will be eligible to play for the Green Archers in UAAP Season 88 and he will join the likes of reigning UAAP Most Valuable Player Kevin Quiambao and fellow transferee Jacob Cortez.
