Former NBA player Rip Hamilton is in Manila!

Hamilton is in Manila for the NBA 3X Philippines Invitational which is held this weekend at the SM Mall of Asia. It is part of NBA Philippines' Republika ng NBA Month.

On Saturday, Hamilton attended an exhibition game with select members of the media, including NCAA broadcast members Martin Javier, Anton Roxas, and Baileys Acot.

Hamilton played in the NBA from 1999 to 2013, with a chunk of his career spent with the Detroit Pistons from 2002 to 2011. He was part of the Pistons' 2004 championship squad.

The NBA 3X Philippines Invitational will continue on Sunday with an NBA 3X Tournament and a Halftime Show where Hamilton is expected to attend.
