2023 FIBA World Cup final standings
Germany completed a tournament sweep of the 2023 FIBA World Cup as they took down Serbia, 83-77, in the finals on Sunday at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Prior to the finals match, Canada claimed the bronze medal as they beat Team USA, 127-118, in overtime.

Germany and Serbia punched their tickets to the 2024 Paris Olympics as they became the top two teams from Europe in the World Cup. Canada and the United States, meanwhile, also qualified to the Paris Games for being the top two teams from the Americas.
South Sudan, Japan, and Australia, also directly qualified to the Olympics for being the top teams from their continents, while France has been assured already of a slot as host nation.
Aside from the eight countries said, Latvia all the way to Cote d'Ivoire in the list got slots in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament. Gilas Pilipinas, which finished 24th overall, also booked a slot in the Olympic Qualifiers. Four teams can still get slots in the Olympics through the qualifiers.
The Olympic Qualifiers will be held in July 2024.
