USA dismantles RHJ-led Jordan to sweep FIBA World Cup group stage

Team USA dismantled the Rondae-Hollis Jefferson-led Jordan team, 110-62, on Wednesday at the Mall of Asia Arena to sweep their group stage matches in the 2023 FIBA World Cup.

The Americans relied on a strong first quarter as they erupted for 31 points and limited Jordan to just 12 points in the said frame before they ended the first half at 62-33.

USA defeated New Zealand in their first outing, followed by Greece.

Team USA will join Montenegro and Lithuania in the second round starting Friday.
