Klay Thompson opens up about flexing '4 rings' on Devin Booker
Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson said he regrets taunting Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker in one of their games in 2022.
In an episode of Paul George's podcast "Podcast P," George asked Thompson about the incident.
"Yeah, I was in my feelings though," Thompson said. "I was not where I needed to be."
"That stuff didn't age well," he added.
The Warriors star added he did not need to do that during the game.

"I don’t need to be flexing four rings, bro, like everybody knows that. That’s on Wikipedia. My game wasn’t where it was at and we all get insecure at times," he added.
According to NBA.com, Thompson only had two points during that game while Booker scored 34 points.
“I’m not really proud of that one. 'Cause I see Devin Booker and I should be like, man, I should be proud of this young man. The work he’s put in."
Thompson, who entered the league in 2011, is a five-time NBA All-Star and two-time All-NBA third team member. He won four NBA championships as part of the Warriors, winning titles in 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2022.
Booker, who came into the NBA in 2015, is a three-time All-Star and was named to the All-NBA first team in 2022.
The NBA is expected to open its newest season in October.
