NLEX completes come-from-behind win against Blackwater

The NLEX Road Warriors took their second win at the expense of the Blackwater Bossing, 105-102, on Friday in the 2022 PBA Commissioner's Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The Bossing were leading by seven with less than four minutes left before the Road Warriors held Blackwater scoreless to get a 104-97 advantage with 12 ticks left in the game. Blackwater trimmed NLEX's lead by four before Matt Nieto's split from a Baser Amer foul sealed the deal for NLEX.

Earl Clarke dropped 38 points and 25 rebounds while Don Trollano added 18 points.

Amer had 26 points while import Cameron Krutwig had 18 points and 14 rebounds.

NLEX will play Phoenix on Saturday while Blackwater will try to bounce back against San Miguel on Wednesday.
