It's official: Blackwater gets Troy Rosario, Calvin Oftana heads to TNT in 3-team deal

It's official: Troy Rosario is ending his stint in TNT.

The Philippine Basketball Association on Monday approved the earlier reported three-team deal between Blackwater Bossing, TNT Tropang Giga, and NLEX Road Warriors.

Blackwater acquired the rights of NLEX's Calvin Oftana and Raul Soyud and NLEX got Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser and two second round draft picks in the 2022 and 2025 PBA Draft.

The Bossing then acquired the rights of TNT's Rosario and Gab Banal in exchange of Oftana and Soyud.

Rosario has been with TNT since 2015, while Oftana will make his way to his second team after a year's stint in NLEX.

Rosario, a one-time PBA champ, averaged 15 points and 8 rebounds per game in the recently concluded Philippine Cup. Oftana, on the other hand, had 16.45 points and 7.82 rebounds per game.

The PBA will return on September 21 for the import-laden Commissioner's Cup.
