Dwight Ramos joins Levanga Hokkaido for his second B.League season


Filipino player Dwight Ramos will be joining a new team in the upcoming season of the Japan B.League.

Levanga Hokkaido announced the signing of Ramos on Wednesday, still under the Asian player quota.

In his debut season in the B.League, Ramos played with the Toyama Grouses where he averaged 10 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.

 

 

Ramos said he is looking forward to playing for Hokkaido next season.

"I'm also looking forward to playing with very talented players in Hokkaido and hopefully making a run in the playoffs next season," he said in a statement.

Hokkaido finished 16th in the league with a 21-35 record last season while Toyama finished 14th with a 24-35 record.
