Kobe Paras scores 13 vs Tokyo but Niigata absorbs 6th straight loss

Kobe Paras and the Niigata Albirex BB absorbed their sixth consecutive loss after a 79-78 setback against Alvark Tokyo on Wednesday in the Japan B. League.

Paras carved out 13 points and two assists in 20 minutes of action, providing support to Rosco Allen who finished with 28 markers, nine boards, and four dimes for Niigata. Tshilidzi Nephawe also added 14 across his name.

Their efforts were not enough, however, as Niigata dropped to 2-7 win-loss card.

The team will have a much-needed break before they return to action on November 6 against Ryukyu.

Meanwhile, Javi Gomez de Liaño and Matthew Aquino have yet to see action for their respective ball clubs as of Wednesday.

Gomez de Liaño was not part of Ibaraki's lineup against Seahorses Mikawa. The team lost 81-71 and slid to 1-8 win-loss record in the team standings.

Aquino, meanwhile, was included in the roster but did not play as his Shinshu Brave Warriors lost to Hokkaido, 87-84.

Both Ibaraki and Shinshu will be back to action on November 6 as well against Osaka and Akita, respectively.
