Actress Yassi Pressman posts photo with NBA star Damian Lillard

Filipina actress Yassi Pressman posted a photo with Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard on social media on Saturday.

Pressman and Lillard had earlier collaborated in delivering over P1 million in donations to help Philippine General Hospital (PGH) repair its facilities after a fire last May.

“I wanna say thank you to this big guy for spending time today, for helping me out during my reachout in the PH when the Philippine General Hospital caught fire, & just for being the kind-hearted person that he is,” Pressman said in the post.

“You are truly a gem. So down to earth. My most favorite player.”

According to Ang Probinsyano partylist Representative Ronnie Ong, who was also part of that collaboration, Lillard generously offered to help when he heard about what happened to PGH.

"NBA Star messaged Yassi (they're friends) that he wants to help PGH and since Yassi and I were really planning to help PGH. Sinabay na namin," Ong said in a text message to GMA News Online back in May.
