Barangay Ginebra unveils new jerseys for next PBA season

The Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings, champions of the 2020 PBA Bubble, revealed new jerseys in a virtual launch event on Thursday.

According to Ginebra brand manager Paolo Tupaz, the jersey design will be one of the uniforms that will be used in the upcoming PBA conference, alongside their usual Barangay Ginebra San Miguel jerseys.

The launch featured star players LA Tenorio, Scottie Thompson, Stanley Pringle, Mark Caguioa and Japeth Aguilar, who unveiled the jerseys in two colors, in red and in white.

The jerseys say "One Ginebra Nation" in front, while the tagline "Bagong Tapang" is printed on the back underneath the jersey names and numbers.

Fans will also have the chance to redeem jersey replicas for themselves by collecting six seals or caps from Ginebra, Primera Light, and GSM Blue and adding P100 for a jersey and P150 for a cap. The jerseys can be redeemed from Puregold and general trade outlets nationwide.

Proceeds from the promotion will be donated to beneficiaries of Gawad Kalinga's Barangay Walang Iwanan program. —Justin Kenneth Carandang/JMB, GMA News
