College of Saint Benilde player Clement Leutcheu passes away at 25

De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (CSB) big man Clement Leutcheu passed away on Saturday at the age of 25.

The announcement was made by the Blazers on their Facebook page . According to student publication "The Benildean," Leutcheu died on February 6 due to a cardiac arrest.

BREAKING: Benildean student-athlete Clement Leutcheu passed away earlier today, Feb. 6, due to cardiac arrest. He was only 25.

The Cameroonian played for the Benilde Blazers in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) from Seasons 92-95.

In an Instagram post, CSB head coach Ty Tang said the team will miss the Cameroonian tower.

"What a sad day.. We will miss you my friend @cjleutcheu. May your soul rest In Peace," Tang wrote.
