Player in PBA bubble tests positive for COVID-19
The Philippine Basketball Association on Sunday reported that a player in the PBA bubble has tested positive for COVID-19.
Quoting country’s testing czar Secretary Vince Dizon during a press conference, the PBA reported on Twitter that the positive case is now in isolation.
Sec. Vince Dizon: "Yung ating PBA player na may lumabas na positive result kagabi, na-isolate na. We're asking the PBA to conduct an Antigen and RT-PCR for the player who tested positive."

The entire team of Black Water and their opponent team are put in isolation, PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial said.
A referee working inside the PBA bubble in Pampanga who initially tested positive for COVID-19 and considered as the index case now turned out to be negative for the coronavirus.
"Ngayon lumabas both yung antigen and RT-PCR test, negative…The index case (referee) proved to be negative (after initially testing positive),” Dizon said.
“Kailangan intindihin natin walang perfect na test, pwedeng magkamali. Ang importante, meron tayong protocol para i-address ang situation na ganito,” he added.
The referee’s close contacts were tested again on Saturday. —LBG, GMA News
