Kai Sotto receives official NBA G League gear

Exciting times are ahead for Kai Sotto after signing with the NBA G League.

The teen tower on Wednesday received the league's official gear, which he proudly shared on his Instagram account.

The package contains a sleek bag, a black cap, shirts, and a welcome video featuring his basketball highlights.

"Blessed to be a part of such a great organization," Kai said.

The former UAAP Juniors Most Valuable Player decided to join the G League Select Team despite attracting the attention of several NCAA Division I schools .

The G League Pathway Program allows high school players to experience the professional game and earn a salary instead of going to college.
