Kai Sotto confirms team up with Jalen Green in NBA G League
Kai Sotto has confirmed that he is teaming up with Jalen Green in the NBA G League Select Team.
In a statement released on Instagram, the 18-year-old said it was time for him to take the "next big step" towards his dream of playing in the NBA.
The G League Pathway Program allows high school players to play professionally and earn a salary instead of spending one year in college.
"Here, I will be playing with some of the very best and I will have even more resources and support," Sotto said. "I am committed to work on developing my game on a much bigger stage."

He thanked everybody for the well-wishes he received following his decision.
"I am so glad and grateful because it means a lot of you are following me on this journey," he said. "I understand that I have a lot of responsibility for all my fellow countrymen who are dreaming of seeing a Filipino in the NBA."
The 7-foot-2 center has been playing for The Skill Factory, a prep team based in Atlanta, Georgia.
