Rain or Shine trades Jeff Chan to Phoenix
Rain or Shine has traded another longtime star, this time sending gunner Jeff Chan to the Phoenix Fuel Masters.
The PBA on Monday approved the trade, which will see Chan joining Phoenix in exchange for forward Mark Borboran and a second round pick in 2020.

Prior to the season, the Elasto Painters underwent an overhaul as longtime coach Yeng Guiao left the squad. The team also acquired two-time Most Valuable Player James Yap in exchange for Paul Lee and traded JR Quiñahan for Jay Washington.
In a separate move, Rain or Shine traded Gilas Pilipinas cadet Mike Tolomia to Meralco in exchange for Ed Daquioag.
