Kobe Bryant records message for Filipino fans

After Kobe Bryant's visit to Manila last weekend, the Black Mamba recorded a video message to express his gratitude to his Filipino fans.

The retired Los Angeles Lakers superstar came to teach selected players on a Kobe Academy training camp as part of his Mamba Mentality Tour.

Embracing the role of a mentor, Bryant encouraged the fans to strive to improve themselves and "love the hate."

"I hope that you always remember to always demand more of yourself, always push yourself beyond what your expectations are," he said.
