Gilas Pilipinas unveils new jerseys for Olympic qualifiers

The Philippine national team will don new jerseys when they battle top international teams for a spot in the 2016 Olympic basketball tournament.

Gilas players will be donning white and blue jerseys, as well as all white sneakers, as they play against France and New Zealand in the first round in Group B. They unveiled their new kits on Saturday at an event hosted by Nike.

The tournament will be held from July 5 to 10 at Mall of Asia Arena. On the other side of the bracket, Turkey, Senegal, and Canada will mix it up in Group A. --Jessica Bartolome/JST, GMA News
