Paras explained that as a student-athlete in Cathedral High School in Los Angeles, California, he wants to hone his basketball skills while maintaining good grades.
"I'm a student-athlete. I want my grades to be high. I want my basketball skills to be as good as well. I'm going to focus first on my high school, then college. From college, let's talk about it then," he said.
When asked what he thinks of the ongoing NBA finals, Paras said he's happy that both of his favorite teams are in.
"I'm such a LeBron (James of Cleveland Cavaliers) fan so may konting advantage ang Cavs sa akin. But win or lose, I don't care who wins. I'm a huge fan of Steph (Stephen Curry) and Andre (Iguodala)," he said.
Curry and Iguodala are both from Golden State Warriors. After its the finals game, the Cavs and Warriors are at 2-2. Game 5 will be on June 14, 8 a.m. -NB, GMA News
