Sarah Catherine Hook and Sam Nivola of "The White Lotus" agreed that Thailand left a mark on their hearts.
In an exclusive interview with Lyn Ching of GMA Integrated News, Sarah said she was initially intimidated to come to Thailand and be "this far away from home."
"But when we got here in Bangkok, and we [arrived] at midnight from our flight. I was like, 'Oh my God, I'm home'," she said.
"So, I guess the closure of it is like, we made a home out of this place," she added.
Sam agreed and said Thailand is a place they can always return to.
When asked what they would miss the most about Thailand, the actors said it's the people and the food.
"And hanging out with these guys, it's sad being ripped away from your TV family," Sarah said. "But we've all remained in contact."
Earlier, Lyn also interviewed Lisa of Blackpink, who marked her acting debut with "The White Lotus." The K-pop idol said her co-stars were nothing but supportive of her.
"Everybody's just trying to support me as much as they can, and they just make me feel so comfortable on set, so it's just [easier] for me to just, you know, act it out and no pressure," she said.
"The White Lotus" is directed by Mike White. The series premiered in 2021 and has since won 11 Emmy awards. The anthology TV series takes place in the fictional White Lotus resort chain and follows the stories of its guests.
