Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo of 'Wicked' are head-turners on the red carpet
Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo of the blockbuster hit "Wicked" are ready to defy gravity at the 31st Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, currently happening at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
In true Glinda fashion, Ariana strutted the red carpet in a dusty pink off-shoulder custom Loewe featuring delicate floral embellishments for a romantic and ethereal look.
Meanwhile, Cynthia arrived at the SAG Awards in a striking form-fitting vintage Givenchy, featuring voluminous sleeves with a flared, ruffled finish.
The blockbuster hit 'Wicked' has earned a staggering five nominations at the SAG Awards, including Outstanding Performance By a Cast in a Motion Picture, Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role, Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role, Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role, and Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture.
'Wicked' follows the story of Glinda (Ariana) and Elphaba (Cynthia) on their self-discovery journeys and their unlikely friendship at Shiz University, a tale that serves as a prequel to "The Wizard of Oz."
