Kim Sae Ron’s cause of death revealed

Kim Sae Ron’s cause of death has been revealed.
According to reports from news outlets including The New York Times, The Korea Times, and Yonhap News Agency, Seoul police say the actress’ death was due to suicide.
The Korea Times said there were no signs of forced entry or foul play. The police also said they did not find a will or note left by Sae Ron.
“During a regular briefing at the National Office of Investigation on Monday, officials stated that Kim's death is presumed to be a suicide and will be handled as an unattended death case,” The Korea Times said.
"We believe she made an extreme choice and plan to handle it as a suicide," Yonhap News Agency quoted a police official as saying.
It was announced that Sae Ron passed away on Monday. She was 24 years old.
Reports also said Sae Ron was discovered by a friend with whom she promised to meet up.
A popular child star, Sae Ron was notably known for her roles in the films “A Brand New Life,” and “The Man From Nowhere.” She also appeared in several series such as “Hi! School Love On,” “Can You Hear my Heart,” and “The Queen’s Classroom,” among others.
Sae Ron was convicted for driving under the influence of alcohol in 2022, and faced public criticism. She retreated from the public eye and last appeared in the Netflix K-Drama “Bloodhounds” in 2023.
