Disney gives sneak peek at Lindsay Lohan, Jamie Lee Curtis in 'Freaky Friday' sequel

The ultimate reunion is almost here!

Disney gave a sneak peek of Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis on the set of the "Freaky Friday" sequel, where the two lead stars are seen screaming in front of a mirror while holding their cheeks.

On Instagram, Disney announced the release date of the film "Freakier Friday," which is set for August 8, 2025.

In August, "The Acolyte" star Manny Jacinto was announced to join the sequel's cast as the husband of Lindsay's character Anna.

According to Glamour, " Freakier Friday " sees Tess Coleman (Jamie) getting her wish of having grandchildren. Anna Coleman (Lindsay) now has a teen daughter named Harper. Harper tries to stop the wedding between Anna and British restaurateur Eric, as she does not get along with Eric's daughter.

" Freaky Friday ," released in 2003, followed Jamie and Anna, who argued often. When they switched bodies, they learned more about each other and their relationship.
