Rosé of Blackpink signs with Atlantic Records

Rosé of Blackpink is now an Atlantic Records artist.

The singer announced the news to her “number ones” in an Instagram post, where she showed photos of a celebratory bouquet of roses, and pictures with her team.

“I know you’ve all waited sooo long for this moment, but I hope you’re READY for what’s in store for the next few months!!” Rosé said.

“I CANNOTTT wait for you all to hear everything," she added. "So hang on tight!! Miss you all dearly.”

Rosé also launched a new Instagram account with the handle @vampirehollie, for fans “to get quick updates and cute moments from the team.”

Atlantic Records is an American record label that manages artists like Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Lizzo, Sia, and many more.

In June, Rosé signed with The Black Label, which is under YG Entertainment, for her solo work. She previously teased new music with a photo in the studio.

Aside from her work with Blackpink, Rosé released the solo singles “On the Ground” and “Gone” from her 2021 single album “R.”

In December 2023, the group renewed their contracts for group activities with YG Entertainment but not for individual activities. Rosé is the only member of Blackpink who did not launch her own record label.
