Stray Kids to release new song for ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ movie
Here’s a surprise for STAYs and Marvel fans!
Stray Kids is releasing a new original song for the “Deadpool & Wolverine” film soundtrack.
According to the official tracklist for the characters’ “Van Jamz,” Stray Kids’ new song is titled, “Slash.”
The album also includes previously released songs such as “Bye Bye Bye” by *NSYNC, “Iris” by The Goo Goo Dolls,” “You’re The One That I Want” by Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta, and many more.
Stray Kids members Bang Chan and Felix previously teased an upcoming collaboration with “Deadpool & Wolverine” stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.
Directed by Shawn Levy, "Deadpool & Wolverine" follows the story of Wade Wilson or Deadpool (Reynolds), who teams up with Wolverine (Jackman) on a mission to defeat a common enemy.
Aside from Reynolds and Jackman, Jennifer Garner is set to reprise her assassin role as Elektra.
"Deadpool & Wolverine" marks the third installment of the "Deadpool" series. It will also be the first film in the franchise to be made by Marvel Studios after 20th Century Fox released the first two in 2016 and 2018.
It is set to premiere in Philippines cinemas on July 24.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids is set to visit the country for a concert at the Philippine Arena in November.
The group was in the Philippines in 2023 for the Asia Artist Awards and for their Maniac World Tour.
