On Father's Day, Henry Cavill reveals he'll soon be a dad
Henry Cavill is soon to be a father!
On Instagram Father's Day, the "Superman" actor broke the news by sharing a selfie with a wooden crib and a cabinet filled with baby supplies as his background.
"Happy Father's Day, ye dads out there," he began.
"Turns out I shall be joining your hallowed ranks soon! Any tips?" he added.
In true Henry fashion, the 41-year-old actor added humor to his post by cracking a joke, referencing the upcoming series adaptation of the game "Warhammer 40,000."
"And don't worry, pillows won't be in the crib when the wee one arrives, just glue and scalpels so he or she can build Warhammer miniatures," he said.
In the comment section, Henry's girlfriend Natalie Viscuso said "I couldn’t ask for a better man to be the father to my children - I can’t wait to do this with you!!" Her comment has been liked more than 16,000 times.
Henry and Natalie went Instagram-official back in April 2021. The soon-to-be-born baby will be their first child together.
Henry first played Superman in the 2013 film "Man of Steel." His last portrayal of the superhero was in the 2017 film "Justice League."
Meanwhile, Natalie is a Hollywood executive, last reported as the VP for Television and Digital Studios at Legendary Entertainment.
Congrats you two, and happy father's day, Henry!
