Song Kang to enlist in the military on April 2
South Korean actor Song Kang is preparing for his military enlistment!
In a report by the Korean media outlet Soompi, Song Kang's agency Namoo Actors announced that the actor will be enlisting as an active-duty soldier on April 2.
They also asked for the fans' understanding as there will be no official events held when he enters the recruit training center and will be enlisting privately to prevent safety accidents due to congestion on site.
"We ask for the warm love and support of many people for Song Kang to return in good health with greater maturity after diligently completing his mandatory service," the agency said.
Song Kang visited the Philippines in March last year for his first-ever ever fan meet in the country.
During his fan meet, the Korean heartthrob danced to "Hype Boy" and shared which Filipino food he had tried, like halo-halo, kare-kare, and bulalo.
Song Kang starred in several K-dramas like "My Demon," "Forecasting Love and Weather," "Sweet Home," "Nevertheless," "Navillera," and "Love Alarm."
