TWICE showcases strong friendship in new single and music video ‘I GOT YOU’
Not even a storm can tear TWICE apart!
In their English comeback single “I GOT YOU” and its music video, the girls spend time together aboard a boat during a strong storm. When the rain finally stops and the waves calm, the girls are finally able to enjoy the sunshine and scenery.
The members also sing about never doubting each other and their friendship despite the obstacles.
“I GOT YOU” is the first song from TWICE’s comeback mini-album titled “With YOU-th,” which drops on February 23 at 1 p.m.
Within an hour of posting on YouTube, the "I GOT YOU" MV already has more than 500K views.
On Wednesday, the K-pop girl group released the MV teaser of "I GOT YOU," which already has more than 1M views on YouTube.
TWICE is coming off a banner year that saw them visit the country to perform two sold-out shows at the Philippine Arena.
That same year, TWICE released their 12th mini-album “READY TO BE.” It’s got seven tracks including “Set Me Free” and their second English single “Moonlight Sunrise.”
The nine-member group also received the Breakthrough Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards 2023.
Members Nayeon and Jihyo have also released solo music. Members Mina, Sana, and Momo debuted as the subunit, MISAMO.
