'Single's Inferno:' Lee Gwan Hee speaks up on dating rumors with Choi Hye Seon

Lee Gwan Hee has finally spoken up about the real score between him and Choi Hye Seon two weeks after "Single's Inferno" aired its Season 3 finale.

On his YouTube channel, Gwan Hee said that he needed to clear things up on the dating rumors surrounding him and his match on the show.

"I don't post on YouTube during the basketball season, but I had a message to tell you, so I filmed a video at home late," the Korean Basketball League star said in his vlog's introduction.

"I want to say that I'm not a couple with Choi Hye Seon," he added.

Nevertheless, Gwan Hee assured that he keeps in touch with Hye Seon, who is currently in Europe for her studies, from time to time.

He also said that he wants to have a relationship with someone he can see daily, and it's not the current case for him and Hye Seon.

"In reality, Hye Seon has to go back to England soon, and I also have to go down to Changwon to focus on training," he said.

"I honestly didn't think we could be a couple," he added. "That's why I only kept in touch with her from time to time."

Last week, eagle-eyed netizens spotted the two exchanging comments on Instagram, which made fans think they could be dating in real life.

The Season 3 of "Single's Inferno" ended with eight participants leaving Inferno as couples: Lee Jin Seok and An Min Young, Kim Gyu Ri and Park Min Kyu, Yu Si Eun and Choi Min Woo, and Lee Gwan Hee and Choi Hye Seon.

The Netflix hit dating series follows a group of singles as they live together on a remote island dubbed Inferno, where they try to find love while keeping their personal details hidden from one another, except when they go to Paradise.
