Jennifer Lopez goes through a journey of love and strength in ‘This is Me… Now’ trailer
Jennifer Lopez literally danced her way through the stages of love and strength in the trailer for “This is Me… Now: A Love Story.”
JLo starts the trailer showcasing the giddiness of love, relationships, and romance.
“I know what they say about me, about hopeless romantics. That we’re weak. But I’m not weak,” Jennifer said in the trailer.
But after several failed marriages, the actress and singer starts to feel low, seeks help in therapy and from her friends, and deals with the aftermath of her relationships.
“I learned the hard way—not all love stories have a happy ending," the “On the Floor” hitmaker said.
The film will also feature star-studded appearances from her husband Ben Affleck, plus Fat Joe, Trevor Noah, Kim Petras, Post Malone, Keke Palmer, Sofia Vergara, Jenifer Lewis, Jay Shetty, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Sadhguru, Tony Bellissimo, Derek Hough, and many more.
“This is Me… Now: A Love Story” is a musical film to accompany JLo’s upcoming album of the same name.
It is a follow-up to her 2002 album, “This Is Me… Then,” which had the hits “All I Have (feat. LL COOL J),” “Jenny from the Block (feat. Jadakiss & Styles P.),”
The album, incidentally, was inspired by her relationship with Ben Affleck at the time.
Fast forward to 2024 and Jen is now married to Ben, with a new album and a new movie.
The first single from “This is Me… Now: A Love Story” titled “Can’t Get Enough” was released on January 10.
