BTS members send off RM and V as they enlist in the military

All seven members of BTS reunited on Monday to send off RM and V to the South Korean military.

On X (formerly Twitter), the BTS official account shared a couple of heartwarming photos of the reunion and said, “Have a nice trip."

"Fighting,” the caption added.

Meanwhile, eldest member Jin took to Instagram to share a photo with RM and V as the two gear up for their military enlistment.

“Don’t get hurt, and be careful my babies,” Jin quipped in the caption.

According to reports, RM and V will enter the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, South Korea as active-duty soldiers. After their basic military training, they will be assigned to their respective units.

V applied to serve for the special mission unit of the Army Capital Defense Command.

In a separate post, Jin also shared a snap with fellow BTS member J-hope who is on military vacation.

“Sergeant Corporal (on vacation),” he simply wrote.

Meanwhile, actor Park Seo Joon shared a photo of V along with fellow Wooga Squad members Park Hyung Sik, Choi Woo Shik, and Peakboy.

“The youngest one, go and come back safely,” Seo Joon wrote on his Instagram story as translated into English by Instagram.

Earlier in November, Big Hit Music announced that RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook had initiated the military enlistment process.

Jungkook previously announced through a WeVerse post that he will be enlisting in the military this December, along with Jimin.

Three BTS members are already serving in the South Korean military: Jin, who enlisted in December 2022, j-Hope in April 2023, and Suga in September 2023.

BTS is expected to reconvene as a group in 2025.
