Who is Travis Kelce? 5 things to know about Taylor Swift's new beau
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce broke the internet over the weekend after they were spotted holding hands in New York City and appearing on "Saturday Night Live."
Despite all the photos of the two being together on multiple occasions, the "All Too Well" hitmaker and National Football League star are still mum about the real score between them. So, for now, here are five things to know about Travis.
1. The basics of Travis
Travis was born in Westlake, Ohio, in the United States on October 5, 1989, making him 34 years old this year. His athletic career began when he played college football for the University of Cincinnati.
2. He is a football star
Travis plays for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL) and is considered one of the greatest tight ends of all time. He is an eight-time Pro Bowler and holds the NFL record for most consecutive 1000-yard seasons by a tight end in seven seasons.
3. He has a podcast with his brother
Travis and his brother, Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles, love football so much that they created a podcast called "New Heights," where they share their unfiltered insights about their games and provide "next-level access to life in the league."
4. He likes serving looks when he travels
Outside football, Travis is one fashionable guy, especially when he travels. He is usually seen carrying designer bags with him, such as Louis Vuitton, Goyard, and Bottega Veneta, among others.
5. He has a clothing brand
Travis has a sportswear brand called Tru Kolors, which sells athleisure pieces like hoodies, basic tees, and shorts inspired by vintage sporting goods. He launched the brand just this year.
"I think colors are a unique way to connect people and an amazing way to express yourself. We're all in this together — be you, stay true. And always rep your Tru Kolors," Travis said on the brand's website.
Taylor and Travis' rumored relationship began when the American pop star was seen watching the NFL star's game in September.
Earlier this month, Taylor was again spotted watching Travis' game in New Jersey's MetLife Stadium.
