SUGA of BTS pens heartfelt letter to fans ahead of military enlistment: 'It's finally time'

SUGA of BTS took to Weverse to give his fans, the ARMY, a parting message ahead of his scheduled enlistment in the South Korean military.

In his letter translated by Koreaboo, the rapper said that he was "able to safely come this far thanks to ARMYs."

"And it’s finally time," he added. "I will come back after faithfully finishing my service."

SUGA also told fans to "stay healthy," promising yet again to meet in 2025.

"ARMY!!!! I’m always thankful, and I always love you," he added.

SUGA is the third BTS member to enlist, following Jin and J-Hope. It was previously announced that he will enter the military on Friday. He initiated the process of enlistment last month.

BTS is expected to reconvene in 2025 after the members complete their mandatory military service.
