Taylor Swift makes surprise appearance at MTV VMAs 2023, quickly wins two awards

Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2023 and she got fans screaming.

The pop superstar arrived in an edgy black dress with a high slit and cut-out back. Swift accessorized with several silver and gold necklaces, as well as an ear cuff. Fans say that the look reminds them of Swift's album, “ Reputation .”

Swift quickly became a trending topic on Twitter following her appearance.

She is the most nominated artist of the night with eight nods, including Artist of the Year and Video of the Year for “ Anti-Hero ” and has already won two trophies — Best Pop and Song of the Year — within an hour of the program.

Swift is currently on her The Eras Tour and is set to visit Europe and Asia next year, stopping over only in Singapore for the Southeast Asia leg of her tour. She is releasing “ 1989 (Taylor’s Version) ” in October.
