Bridgerton's hot duke Regé-Jean Page becomes a formidable action star in new 'Dungeons & Dragons' trailer

The new trailer for "Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves," has just dropped, and boy does it have all the good things. Action, check. Fantasy, check. Comedy elements, check. A hot duke? Check!

From his star-charming turn in the Netflix show, "Bridgerton," Regé-Jean Page has now set his sights on action comedy and fighting dragons in the upcoming movie, "Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves."

In an interview with Collider, Page said, "Fighting dragons is fun, is the bottom line of that one. It genuinely is."

In "Entertainment Weekly" magazine meanwhile, Page said he "got really, really good with the swords. It was lots and lots of stunts training so my thighs were killing me and I had the best ass of my life."

In the movie adaptation of the popular game, a thief and a band of misfits go on an epic quest to retrieve a lost relic, but nothing goes according to plan as villains abound on their adventure.

The film's new trailer continues to highlight the film's action, fantasy, and comedy elements.

"The most difficult shots to pull off [are] pretty much any of them where the whole group is together," Page said. "

Keeping a straight face is very, very difficult with this gang, but hopefully that translates to people watching us because it is very funny. It was very funny and was distractingly funny on set. So, hopefully, as long as we kind of get through, I think the cut points are normally when one of us cracks up, and they're like, 'Well, the shot is now useless. We have to cut away.'"

The movie also stars Chris Pine ("Star Trek"), Michelle Rodriguez ("The Fast and the Furious"), Hugh Grant ("Love Actually"), and Justice Smith ("Pokemon: Detective Pikachu").
