Paul Rudd, Meryl Streep add star power to 'Only Murders in the Building' Season 3
The Emmy-award winning TV comedy, "Only Murders in the Building" is back for season 3, and boy does it boast major star power!
Posting a video on Instagram with original cast members Steve Martin and Martin Short (both from "Father of the Bride"), Selena Gomez ("Monte Carlo") proceeded to pan the camera to her far right to reveal one of their new co-stars, Paul Rudd as she excitedly asked "could this honestly get any better?"
Paul replied, "I do think that it could get a little bit better" as Selena brought the camera over to reveal another new cast member: Academy Award winner Meryl Streep ("Little Women")!
In the video, as part of the new cast, Meryl hilariously offered the cast if they need anything like a pillow.
In separate Instagram post, Selena said she was a "very very grateful lady" as she posted a black and white photo of the stellar cast looking happy and comfortable all lined up seated on a coach.
Tagging series co-creator John Hoffman, Selena said "thank you for making this wanna be an unbelievably, absurdly happy human."
"Only Murders in the Builidng" revolves around Selena, Steve, and Martin who live in the same apartment building and are obsessed with the same true crime podcast.
When a murderer strikes in their building, they work together to solve the case to comedic results.
Selena and Paul previously co-starred in the movie, "The Fundamentals of Caring" on Netflix. — LA, GMA Integrated News
