Ian Somerhalder ("The Vampire Diaries") and his wife, Nikki Reed ("Twilight"), are expecting baby no. 2!

The happy couple announced the good news on Instagram, with Nikki acknowledging her "strong boundaries on social media" but that "some good things are too good not to share."

She added that the pregnancy was a result of years of "dreaming, manifesting, and praying."

In his post with the same photo, Ian shared, "All I’ve ever wanted from the time I was a young boy was to have a big family."

The actors are also parents to 5-year-old daughter Bodhi Soleil.

The couple wed in 2015 in Malibu, California with Ian describing it as "pure bliss" a year later in 2016.

Ian previously dated his "The Vampire Diaries" co-star Nina Dobrev, who is now dating three-time Olympic-medalist snowboarder Shaun White.
