Here's what happened during Jin's enlistment entrance ceremony
As if we haven't cried enough, BTS just released a video of them sending Jin off for his military service in Yeoncheon, South Korea.
The latest episode posted on their YouTube channel BANGTANTV shows the members supporting their eldest brother until the last second.
RM, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook couldn't seem to stop touching and rubbing Jin's newly shaved head. After taking group photos, they each posed with Jin, with J-hope giving him a big hug.
"I'll go and come back well," Jin said, as per fan translations. "And since being healthy is first priority I won't be hurt, and our ARMYs, fighting and don't be hurt either."
Jin then headed off to fall in line as the entrance ceremony started, but the members stayed in the sidelines to watch it until the end.
Afterwards, leader RM told the camera, "I'm worried about Jin who doesn't like the cold, but his younger brothers will follow him soon. It doesn't feel great to send hyung (older brother) off but hyung does well wherever he goes, I believe he'll do well."
"It doesn't feel good but it's something everyone has to do, so fighting hyung. Don't get hurt, be healthy, and I'll prepare well too. Fighting!"
Jin enlisted in the military on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the other BTS members are also set to fulfill the service. They are expected to reconvene as a group again around 2025. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
