Ansel Elgort, Violetta Komyshan break up after 10 years

Ansel Elgort and longtime girlfriend Violetta Komyshan have called it quits after 10 years together.

Violetta confirmed to E! News that she is currently “single,” and that the single life is "fun." She did not specify the reason for their split.

Asked to give advice to her fellow singles, the professional ballerina said, "Focus on your work and your passions. I'm 26, so right now is the age to push ahead and focus on that — on yourself."

Violetta also said that moving forward, what she’s looking for in a partner is “inspiration.”

Ansel and Violetta met in New York City’s LaGuardia High School in 2012. They broke up in 2014, but got back together that same year.

The pair made their last public appearance in 2021, for the premiere of Ansel’s film, “West Side Story.”
