MOMOLAND's JooE tests positive for COVID-19
MOMOLAND member JooE has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
According to a statement from MLD Entertainment published by Soompi, the K-Pop artist experienced a “slight fever” so she underwent PCR testing on January 31. The results came back positive on February 1.
JooE is fully vaccinated and is only experiencing mild symptoms at the moment, the statement added.
However, she has cancelled all her scheduled activities and is currently “taking all necessary measures in accordance with health authorities’ guidelines.”
“Our agency will strictly adhere to the guidelines of government health authorities and will do our utmost for the safety and health of our artist,” MLD said.
Momoland, who are globally famous for their viral hits like “Bboom Bboom” and “BAAM,” just made a comeback with with a new single “Yummy Yummy Love” last month.
