'Squid Game' star Wi Ha Joon to headline new drama with Kim Go Eun and Nam Ji Hyun
"Squid Game" star Wi Ha Joon is set to star alongside Kim Go Eun and Nam Ji Hyun for a new drama!
According to a Soompi report on Thursday, the three stars are set to star in "Little Women" alongside Park Ji Hu.
The upcoming drama revolves around three sisters who, after growing up in poverty together, get involved in a big accident and find themselves fighting against the most influential family in the country.
Go Eun, known for her iconic roles in "Goblin" and "Yumi's Cells," is set to play the eldest sister dedicated to protect her family.
The "100 Days My Prince" actress Ji Hyun, on the other hand, is the middle child who works as a news reporter and follows her morals.
The youngest sister is portrayed by "House of Hummingbird" actress Ji Hu.
Meanwhile, Ha Joon will portray the role of a capable consultant who appears after the sisters get swept up in a huge accident.
Ha Joon skyrocketed to fame after starring in Netflix's hit series "Squid Game." Last November, he was named among People Magazine's sexiest men on TV.
"Little Women," to be helmed by "Vincenzo" director Kim Hee Won and written by "Mother" writer Jung Seo Kyung, will premiere in 2022. — LA, GMA News
