Squid Game” star Wi Ha Jun has been cast for another Korean drama!

Ha Jun will be part of the upcoming series with the working title “K Project,” previously “Gyeongseong Creature,” which is a thriller about survival and human dignity, Soompi reports.

Written and directed by Kang Eun Kyung and Jung Dong Yoon, the series circles on the youth who puts their lives in danger to achieve happiness amid a time when sovereignty and human rights are taken away.

Ha Jun will be giving life to the role of Kwon Joon Taek, the best friend of Jang Tae Sang.

In May, it was reported that Seo Jun was offered the role of Tae Sang, and is set to make a decision.

“My Name” and “Nevertheless” actress So Hee, meanwhile, was reported to have a leading role in the upcoming series a month after.

If all things push through, boy is "K Project" going to be a star-studded affair.

Ha Jun, who gained immense popularity in “Squid Game,” is also known for his roles in “18 Again,” “Romance is a Bonus Book,” and “Something in the Rain,” among others.

Just recently, he was named one of People magazine’s sexiest men on television. — Franchesca Viernes/LA, GMA News
