Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes announce breakup: 'We've decided to end our romantic relationship'

Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes have broken up.

The pair announced the unfortunate news on their Instagram Stories Thursday morning (Philippine time), posting the same statement and confirming that they have ended their "romantic relationship."

However, the pair said they will still continue to be best friends like how their relationship started.

The statement read:

Hey guys, we've decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for one another as humans is strong than ever.

We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends.

We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward.

Camila and Shawn.

Camila and Shawn have been together for two years, having started dating in July 2019. The two last posted a couple photo on Halloween dressed up in matching folklorico outfits.
