Paul Rudd named the Sexiest Man Alive for 2021 by People magazine

Paul Rudd is this year's Sexiest Man Alive!

The 52-year-old "Ant-Man" actor graced the cover of People magazine for its November issue.

"Oh, yes. Paul Rudd (is the) sexiest man alive! A marvel of a man. You're welcome," the cover read. The hashtag #CrushForLife was also written at the bottom.

In an exclusive interview with the publication, Paul admitted that he was shocked with his new title.

"I do have an awareness, enough to know that when people hear that I'd be picked for this, they would say, 'What?' This is not false humility. There are so many people that should get this before me," he said.

Contrary to what he thought, however, the reveal of his new title seems to be acceptable for the public. The comments section of People's Instagram post has now been showered with "well-deserved" comments.

"Perfect choice. Funny is very sexy," wrote Kapuso host Lyn Ching.

"Not gonna lie, Paul Rudd does not age like at all," said another commenter.

Paul succeeded Michael B. Jordan who earned the title last year.

Among those who've also been given the title are John Legend, Idris Elba, Blake Shelton, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, David Beckham, Chris Hemsworth, Adam Levine, Channing Tatum, and Bradley Cooper.
