Ahn Bo Hyun and Jo Bo Ah confirmed to star in new military law drama


"My Name" actor Ahn Bo Hyun and "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" actress Jo Ba Ah are confirmed to star together in a new military law drama!

According to a Soompi report on Wednesday, Ahn Bo Hyun and Jo Ba Ah, as well as Oh Yeon Soo, Kim Young Min, and Kim Woo Seok, have been casted for South Korean broadcasting company tvN's "Military Prosecutor Doberman."

The upcoming series revolves around a military prosecutor, Do Bae Man, who chose to do his job for money. He then meets another military prosecutor, Cha Woo In, who chose the job for revenge. The two will work together to fight the evil within the military.

Bo Hyun, known for his iconic roles in "Yumi's Cells," "Itaewon Class," and "My Name," will portray Do Bae Man, who not only chooses his job for the money but also looks forward to the days when he can just take off his military uniform.

Meanwhile, Bo Ah, who captivated the audience previously for her roles in "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" and "Forest," takes on the role of Cha Woo In, the only daughter of a chaebol family. The character has a powerful and confident personality and possesses great investigative skills.

Oh Yeon Soo, another cast member confirmed to star in the series, will play the role of the first female division leader since the military's establishment. Kim Young Min, on the other hand, will play the role of a lawyer who was once a special forces prosecutor. Kim Woo Seok will play the role of a man who became the chairman of a leading conglomerate in his late 20s.

"In addition to the actors being perfectly in sync with their characters, their synergy and the ensemble the actors will create when working together will become the first charm of ‘Military Prosecutor Doberman.’ Please show lots of interest and anticipation," the production team shared.
